Jade Pig Racing is located in Grand Rapids, MI. Brian DeVries,
Team Owner and Driver, came up with the name "Jade Pig"
from a souvenir given by his daughter following a trip to China, a
pig carved out of jade stone. In China, 1995 was the "Year of
the Pig" with the pig representing good luck, prosperity and
integrity.
Jade Pig Racing campaigns historic
IMSA GTP prototype cars w/ Historic Sports Car Racing (HSR). Information
on HSR can be found by visiting their website in the links section
of our website. We also campaign a vintage Ferrari in historic rallies
such as the LaCarrera Panamericana, Mille Miglia, and the Liege-Rome-Liege.
Information on each car can be found by clicking on each link to
the right.
Jade Pig Racing campaigns these
cars because the whole team is passionate about maintaining these
wonderful cars from the past. We believe historic racing and rally
cars should not be kept in a museum but out on the race and rally
courses of the world for people to see the cars in the environment
for which they were designed.
Jade
Pig Racing operates in a 6700 square foot facility
and perform all operations in-house w/ the exception of our
engine program.
Information on our engine builders can be found on their
websites in the links section of our
website.
